Job summary

MastarRec is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity Operations to lead security operations, threat monitoring and incident response. The role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and requires senior leadership experience in a remote or hybrid setting.

You will oversee SIEM and threat intelligence platforms, develop detection strategies, and provide executive reporting on cyber incidents; a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or IT is required, with CISSP/GIAC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
• 8–12 years cybersecurity operations experience.
• SOC leadership experience preferred; CISSP or GIAC certifications desirable.
