Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Delivery Lead for Medicare Advantage Bid Operations to coordinate the annual bid planning, governance, and submission with multiple teams.

You will manage the program calendar, governance forums, and executive communications to ensure on-time delivery in a complex environment. You will influence without authority, manage deadlines, and drive processes across Product, Finance, Actuarial, Growth Strategy, Markets, and Quality teams while aligning with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of program management, project management, operations, strategy, consulting, or related work experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated success managing executive-level meetings, governance forums, or strategic planning processes.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Experience developing executive presentations and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integrated annual Medicare Advantage bid plan calendar, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and CMS deadlines.
• Serve as the point person for bid planning and execution process governance questions and feedback.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact bid execution and facilitate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor overall program health and elevate critical issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Support annual bid retrospectives and lessons‑learned activities to improve bid processes, governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to bid process execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate new plan expansion strategies on time with core strategic partners.
• Ensure appropriate stakeholders (including executive leaders) are engaged in relevant discussions and decisions.
