Job summary

SSP International, Inc. (SSPI) is seeking a remote Program Coordinator to support the STEM Learning Institute. The role focuses on coordinating projects, professional learning, documentation, logistics, and cross-team communication for district educators and staff.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure programs run smoothly while advancing SSPI’s mission in science education.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in any field required.
• Two years of program, project, or office administration experience.
• Familiarity with STEM education is preferred.
• Experience with project management software and collaboration tools (Asana or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Zoom, Teams, Canva, Qualtrics, and SurveyMonkey.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across curriculum development, professional learning, coaching, implementation, and field testing.
• Maintain project timelines, implementation schedules, and task management systems.
• Track milestones and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or risks and communicate them promptly.
• Support the Director in implementing strategic initiatives.
• Schedule meetings, record notes, and track decisions and actions.
• Coordinate logistics for educator learning experiences and travel arrangements.
• Support district partnerships and educator onboarding activities.
• Maintain organized project documentation, resources, and shared files.
• Assist with budget tracking, reimbursements, and purchasing requests.
• Support research and evaluation activities and data collection logistics.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
