Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in an immigration law firm or related setting.
• Immigration paralegal experience strongly preferred; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration law practice and law firm workflows.
• Ability to respond to inquiries, identify needs, and escalate matters.
• Strong writing, editing, research, organization, and project-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and comfort with CMS, databases, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve member-support and volunteer programs and serve as staff liaison to the Pro Bono Committee.
• Recruit, onboard, support, and retain volunteers.
• Develop resources, templates, articles, toolkits, guides, and other practical resources for members and AAPs.
• Respond to inquiries related to practice management, technology, workflows, and professionalism; refer substantive matters as appropriate.
• Draft and maintain website content, templates, samples, articles, and education materials.
• Coordinate content workflows from concept to publication with cross-team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to expand or enhance programs, partnerships, and resources aligned with member needs.
• Provide additional member-service, research, content, program, and project support as assigned.
