Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania seeks a Program Assistant for the PA Masonic Youth Foundation. This role is remote with a 10-hour weekly schedule, and requires the candidate to be based in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area to provide local support as needed.

Pay ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including gym and pool membership, employee discounts, an EAP, and educational/leadership reimbursements. This is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills for data entry, internet research and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic clerical functions including filing, copying, mailings and scanning.
• Greet visitors and answer calls, recording and delivering messages.
• Provide administrative support including Outlook mail, appointments, event calendar, meetings and database maintenance.
• Work on special projects and programs to enhance the Foundation's services.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
