Job summary

Integrity Management Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Analyst to support evaluation and monitoring of federally funded programs administered by states, tribes, and nonprofit organizations.

You will analyze performance, identify trends, and ensure alignment with federal objectives. Responsibilities include programmatic analysis of grants, monitoring performance, developing evaluation tools, and preparing concise reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a social science field such as psychology, sociology, economics, political science, history, public policy, or public health, or a degree in business administration or public administration that includes or is supplemented by 24 semester hours in public policy, non-profit management, or financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in programmatic analysis and monitoring of federal grants administered by states, tribes, or nonprofit organizations.
• One (1) or more of the following: completion of 24 semester hours in appropriate courses (including up to 6 hours of business law), or four/five years of related experience, or a combination providing four years of professional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct programmatic analysis of federal grants across state, tribal, and nonprofit organizations.
• Monitor grantee performance against objectives and funding requirements using data and reports.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program managers, financial analysts, and auditors to ensure oversight.
• Contribute to best practices in program analysis and performance evaluation.
