Nature For Justice is seeking a Program Administrative & Executive Assistant to support the First 30x30 Canada program. The role offers remote work within the US or Canada, with Pacific Time alignment preferred. Full-time, 30-40 hours per week, compensation USD 40,000 - 58,000 per year for employees.

Canada-based contractors paid USD 25-35 per hour. The position covers administrative, operational, contract, financial tracking, and executive support to senior program staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program coordination, operations, grants, contracts, or admin work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, presentations, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts, NDAs, DocuSign workflows and filings.
• Track budgets, invoices, expenditures, and variances for senior staff.
• Support grant administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain secure program records and trackers.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and program documents.
• Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses.
