Datavant is seeking a Profee Auditing Specialist to perform professional fee coding audits, provide clear rationale for changes, and stay current with regulatory updates. This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

Requirements include 5+ years in professional fee coding/auditing, CPC (required) and CPMA (preferred), and experience with Epic or Cerner EMRs. Offers comprehensive benefits and a signing bonus.

Formación

• 5+ years of Professional Fee coding and/or auditing.
• CPC (required)
• CPMA (preferred)
• Maintain 95% accuracy rate
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, and other EMRs

Responsabilidades

• Performs Professional Fee coding audits of medical records and abstracts using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers.
• Provides rationale explaining changes with specific references and documentation locations.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory changes.
• Organizes and prioritizes cases to ensure workflow and resolution.
• Provides coder education through auditing processes.
