Job summary

Sage Clinical RCM, LLC is looking for a qualified auditor to review professional fee physician coding, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role will involve performing audits, validating code selections, and offering actionable feedback to coding staff, all in a flexible, remote work environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of auditing experience or 7 years of coding experience. A strong understanding of RVU, CPT/HCPCS, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional fee auditing experience and at least 2 years of auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of RVU, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and modifiers.
• Prior coding experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrospective and/or concurrent audits of professional fee coding.
• Validate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM code selection.
• Identify trends and opportunities for coding improvement.
