Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business administration, or related field.
• Experience coordinating events, preferably in professional development or education.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Zoom meeting technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and technical assistance for ECE network leaders.
• Coordinate training opportunities by securing venues, trainers and logistics.
• Manage registrations, communications and post-event follow-up for PD events.
• Maintain training data across systems and generate timely reports.
• Plan and assist with the VTAEYC Annual Conference logistics and speaker coordination.
