Veritext is hiring a Production Representative to ensure transcripts and exhibits are prepared with precision for client delivery. You will handle printing, binding, labeling, packaging, and shipping, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at using digital systems to scan and manage legal documents, while maintaining confidentiality and security of materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transcripts and exhibits.

• Comfortable using scanners, archives, and digital systems to manage legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and perform quality checks on transcripts and exhibits.
• Manage printing quality and ensure correct formatting for output.
• Label exhibits and cover sheets accurately for shipment.
• Package orders, label, document, and stage for courier pick-up on time.
• Ensure shipments are assembled and shipped per order specs and deadlines.
