Job summary

Penta Group is seeking a Production Designer to join our fully remote US-based team. The role emphasizes maintaining visual consistency across client decks and marketing materials, with strong attention to typography and layout.

You will collaborate with designers to apply design systems and deliver polished visuals for a range of projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in production design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and solid presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a production design role, preferably in a creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across materials.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and creative directors to execute concepts within established design systems for client brands.
• Work on a variety of projects including book layouts, icons/logos, tees, postcards, posters, and infographics.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, placement, photo treatment, and visual quality in decks 30–150 slides.
• Enhance client decks with visual elements and rebuild data charts for quality.
• Version out digital banners, print ads, and files per brand guidelines.
• Rebuild files in appropriate programs and check for errors.
