Job summary

Podium Education seeks a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our remote team, preferably based in Central or South America. You will collaborate with a seasoned designer to deliver high-quality design assets for digital, print, and web, with a strong emphasis on web work and brand consistency.

The role offers growth opportunities, rapid exposure to real-world projects, and close interaction with cross-functional teams including marketing partnerships and product.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for producing web and digital assets.
• Experience or willingness to work on a web platform; familiarity with Duda is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and precision in design work.
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-5+ years of design-related experience in education, tech, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute design assets across digital, print, and web with brand consistency.
• Translate creative briefs into production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with marketing partnerships and product teams to meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Proactively manage feedback, revisions, and file organization.
• Support lead designer and take ownership of smaller initiatives when appropriate.
