The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a fully remote role serving US and international teams. The position emphasizes high-volume design work, strong brand craft, and project management in a structured process-driven environment.

You will craft assets for digital and print, maintain component libraries in Figma, and collaborate with integrated marketing on delivering impactful, on-brand materials.

Qualifications

• A solid portfolio demonstrating graphic design capability across a range of formats.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce polished design assets across digital and print formats including brand collateral and presentations.
• Work extensively in Figma to develop design files, components, and shared assets.
• Support project coordination using Asana with task tracking and timelines.
• Uphold brand consistency and contribute to design system development.
• Assist team members in navigating shared design resources.
