Labcorp is seeking a US-based remote Production Bioinformatics Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable production bioinformatics systems, visualizing clinical genomic data, and automating workflows across the Labcorp enterprise.

As a founding member, you will influence architecture, partner with R&D, clinical labs, and data analytics, and work across restricted data environments to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Engineering, OR Ph.D., OR Bachelor's with 6+ years in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Scale clinical production bioinformatics across Labcorp enterprise.
• Engineer tools to visualize genomic data and automate workflows.
• Develop web tools to visualize genomic data and support production systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with molecular biologists, lab analysts, and data analytics teams.
