Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or engineering with relevant experience.
• 2+ years with sequencing platforms (Illumina, PacBio) and genomic data analysis.
• 2+ years building scalable bioinformatics infrastructure (Docker, Nextflow, GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Develop production bioinformatics systems and automate complex workflows.
• Build tools to visualize clinical genomic data and genomic viewers.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical labs, and data analytics to diagnose and improve data quality.
