Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker in Cleveland, OH to assemble reconditioned products using established production procedures, while following safety protocols and maintaining high quality standards.

You will work under a shift supervisor, keep a clean workspace, and ensure safety and quality throughout the production process. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within a forward-looking team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions and pass safety training.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues promptly.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality.
• Reports all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• The Production Worker is responsible for assembling reconditioned products while adhering to established production procedures and quality standards.
