Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to assemble reconditioned products under the direction of the shift supervisor. You will follow established procedures, meet safety standards, and uphold quality expectations on the production line.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, reporting waste or issues, and collaborating with the Production Lead to ensure safe, efficient production. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in team environment

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Keeps work area clean and orderly
• Performs all assignments following safety specifications and requirements
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Notifies Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality
• Reports all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures
