Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to assist on the manufacturing line under the supervision of the shift lead. You will assemble reconditioned products using established procedures, follow safety rules and maintain quality standards throughout the shift.

Key duties include meeting production targets, keeping work areas clean, reporting issues promptly, and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must understand plant safety guidelines and pass safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Notifies Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality
• Reports all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures
