Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to assemble reconditioned products under the supervision of the shift lead, following established procedures and safety protocols. The role emphasizes quality, efficient production, and adherence to standards within a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off, and other competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training.
• Capable of following verbal and written instructions.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas and good housekeeping.
• Follow all safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Be responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Report production waste/issues to supervisor or lead.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
