Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is hiring a Product Consultant for a full-time hybrid role in Columbia, SC. You will manage product post-launch, support sales, and coordinate with vendor and customer teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding vendors, preparing executive summaries, developing training and marketing materials, and producing charts and analyses on product efficacy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3 years in product roles (wellness/virtual care);

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field is required.
• Associates degree plus two years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's.
• Seven total years of work experience may substitute for a degree requirement.
• Three years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor post-launch onboarding, training, and invoicing.
• Coordinate submission of executive summaries and client-facing reports.
• Develop and maintain training and marketing materials.
• Create member feedback collection methods and monitor satisfaction to improve services.
• Document data sources and product methodologies; maintain procedures.
• Prepare charts and narrative analyses; monitor healthcare utilization trends.
