The role requires strong SQL, scripting (Python), and API testing skills, with agile team experience and the ability to analyze customer requirements and propose actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and API testing; strong debugging skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban; Jira/ServiceNow preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT to perform integration, implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen to needs, and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Track defects and incidents and resolve.
• Define and operationalize roles within the team.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
