Job summary

AirDNA is seeking a Product Support Specialist as a full-time, long-term contractor. This remote role is open to applicants based in Latin America or the Caribbean, with support operations overlapping US/EU hours.

You will act as the technical bridge between Support and Engineering, digging into logs, data, and code to identify root causes, explain them clearly to hosts, and write articles to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or SaaS product support.
• SQL queries against live databases.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and log analysis.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations end to end.
• Diagnose pricing and sync issues by reproducing the problem.
• Dig into the back end using SQL, logs, and analytics reports.
• ExplainRoot causes to hosts in clear terms to prevent recurrence.
• Write help-center articles and in‑app guidance to reduce repeats.
• Share escalation themes with Product and follow fixes to deployment.
• Protect hosts by identifying at‑risk accounts early.
