Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Product Strategist to drive the development and commercialization of emerging healthcare data, workflow, and AI-enabled decision-support products. You will bridge data products, technology partners, and product lines, incubating differentiated offerings for payer, provider, clinical, GM, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy, preferably in enterprise software or healthcare data.
• Experience with clinical and pharmacy data, data-as-a-service, APIs, interoperability, and FHIR is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and go-to-market planning.
• Experience collaborating with cloud providers (Azure, Databricks, AWS, GCP) for joint initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
