The role focuses on translating product capabilities into scalable training and go-to-market assets, while supporting product discovery and delivery for educators and districts.

Working with senior Product Managers, you will help bring roadmap strategies to life through customer insight, requirements, and product documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into product requirements and recommendations.
• Create clear requirements, workflows, and training materials.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams.
• Support product discovery and help shape educator/district solutions.
