Pearson is redefining how educators understand and act on student learning. The Product Specialist bridges Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success to translate product capabilities into scalable training and go-to-market assets.

Working with senior Product Managers, you’ll drive clarity, contribute to product discovery, and help shape solutions that meet district needs while growing your product management and research skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into product requirements and recommendations.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams.
• Facilitate discussions, gather input, and drive clarity from ambiguity.
• Help educators and districts address needs through scalable solutions.
• Support product discovery and translate insights into enablement assets.
