Job summary

Ready is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer to translate customer requests into impactful features and bridge technical feasibility with user-centric design. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations to optimize AI utilization and drive continuous improvement.

This remote role requires Hawaii residence, with strong communication and problem-solving across fast-paced, agile teams. Expect travel for occasional meetings and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical field.
• 2-3 years experience in an engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize requirements.
• Capture and communicate client requirements to core team with priority.
• Identify risks and dependencies across teams and drive execution.
• Develop test strategies to ensure quality and performance of features.
• Document specs and maintain stakeholder communication throughout development.
