Ready seeks a Product Solutions Engineer to translate customer requests into features, bridge technical feasibility and user-centric design, and drive AI-enabled improvements. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and operations to optimize Ready's AI workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 2-3 years of engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure feasibility.
• Capture and communicate client requirements to the core team with priority formatting.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive efficient execution.
• Develop, test, and validate features with effective strategies and demos.
• Document technical specs and keep stakeholders informed throughout development.
• Promote continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
• Stay updated on AI trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Train clients on Ready software tools.
• Work with AI teams to optimize workflows and escalate blockers.
