We are seeking a Product Security Technical Manager to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This remote role will lead application security efforts across engineering teams, focusing on secure coding, cloud security, and vulnerability management.

You will partner closely with developers and product teams, crafting a robust security-first culture. The position also entails incident response, risk management, and mentorship in secure design practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing secure coding and application security programs.
• Hands-on incident response and investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application security team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and oversee a secure coding program with developers and product teams.
• Integrate and maintain application and cloud security scanning tools within CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze security findings and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Define application security metrics and risk-management processes.
• Engage in cybersecurity incident response and investigations.
