Job summary

EvidenceCare is seeking a Quality and Support Specialist to ensure our applications reliably deliver value and that deployments add innovation without regressions. You will handle technical testing tasks and interact with customers to resolve concerns, driving improvements in healthcare software.

You will join a fast-paced team improving clinician workflows and patient care, with opportunities to grow in testing, automation, and customer engagement within a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience building testing frameworks and improving test quality.
• Ability to ensure clinical end users see correct data and best UX.
• Proven track record maintaining application quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand requirements, tech, and functionality.
• Lead Product Quality efforts by designing and executing test plans.
• Take ownership for unit and end-to-end testing of existing features and new development.
• Identify, triage, prioritize, and resolve issues including customer-reported problems.
• Engage with customers to gather insights to prevent issues in the future.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks; apply LLMs to expand coverage and observability.
