PeopleLift is seeking a Product Quality Analyst to ensure we build the right things and that what we ship works. You’ll blend product coordination with hands-on quality assurance, spending time with product data and testing features before release.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape both what gets built and how it ships. This remote-friendly role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, QA, or related roles.
• Proficient with data (SQL, spreadsheets) and analytics tools.
• Hands-on QA/testing experience and bug-tracking (Jira).
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify trends and insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to inform roadmaps and prioritization.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and feature experiments.
• Write and execute test plans and maintain test coverage across products.
• Log and track defects, verify fixes, and coordinate release readiness.
