• 2–4 years experience as data/product analyst in SaaS
• Ability to explain metrics to nontechnical partners
• Strong SQL skills and data visualization experience
• Familiarity with product analytics concepts (funnels, retention, activation)
• Comfort working in a remote-first, distributed team

• Chart onboarding and engagement metrics with product managers
• Design and analyse A/B tests and feature experiments
• Analyse product analytics platforms to reveal adoption patterns and insights
• Maintain dashboards and reports for product health and user behaviour
• Craft SQL queries to answer product questions on conversion and retention
• Translate findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences
