Job summary

PeopleLift is hiring a Product Quality Analyst to help answer two questions on every release: are we building the right thing, and does what we built actually work? You'll blend product coordination with hands‑on QA, digging into product data and ensuring features hold up before users see them.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product cycle, shaping what gets built and how it ships.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a product analyst, QA, project coordinator, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and dashboards.
• Hands‑on QA/testing experience with test cases and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to prioritize.
• Experience translating business needs into testable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product metrics and user data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards that inform roadmap and prioritization.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and feature experiments.
• Write and execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing.
