You will oversee a PM team and drive an integrated, multi-year roadmap aligned with customer needs, technology strategy, and enterprise goals.

You will partner with business, operations, technology, and senior leadership to translate insights into investments, manage lifecycles, and realize value across the portfolio

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.

• Lead product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmaps for Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities.
• Guide Product Managers through discovery, business-case development, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and partners to align portfolio with customer needs and enterprise objectives.
• Manage portfolio investments to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes and drive adoption.
• Build and lead a high-performing Product Management team, coaching and ensuring accountability.
