Highmark Health is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio spanning Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities.

The role guides a team of Product Managers, shapes a multi-year roadmap, and collaborates with business, technology, operations, and leadership to deliver measurable value and adoption across the portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management or related field.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers; drive lifecycle management.
• Align portfolio with customer needs and enterprise objectives.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Govern budgeting, prioritization, and value realization across the portfolio.
