You will lead discovery, document classification workflows, translate requirements into stories, and support governance and migration activities across business, clinical, actuarial, analytics, and technology teams.

• Proven ability to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops with business, clinical, actuarial, and analytics stakeholders.
• Document current-state claims classification processes and reporting use cases.
• Translate requirements into user stories, rules, and validation docs.
• Support design of classification frameworks and migration readiness activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure governanced solutions.
