Ladders is seeking a Product Owner/Developer for MDIO & SPDM to own product direction and drive API-based integrations across engineering apps and data workflows. This remote US-based role partners with vendors, engineering stakeholders, and architecture teams to enhance reliability, usability, and lifecycle management.

You will translate engineering needs into clear product requirements and priorities, while ensuring strong performance and ongoing improvements across the SPDM environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with software integration, APIs, and engineering applications.
• Familiarity with CAE, simulation, and engineering data management systems.
• Proven ability to translate engineering needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in product ownership and application lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop integrations between third-party CAE applications and the platform using APIs.
• Complete training on APIs to create reliable data connections and workflows.
• Integrate analysis tools into the SPDM environment.
• Serve as the technical interface for architecture and troubleshooting with software vendors.
• Own the product lifecycle, including vision and stakeholder communications.
• Translate engineering needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
