Job summary

TrueComp is expanding its product organization across a workforce analytics suite, led by the Chief Product Officer. The Product Owner II works with onshore and India-based engineering teams, driving AI-assisted prototypes, PRDs, epics, and backlog management in an agile setup.

This role emphasizes AI fluency—Claude and Claude Design—paired with strong product judgment and disciplined execution to deliver features and drive velocity across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a Product Owner/PM in an agile software environment.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude across the product lifecycle including prototyping and PRD authoring.
• Experience taking an idea from concept through PRD to a refined backlog and ready-for-sprint state.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into interactive prototypes and UI/UX concepts.
• Author clear PRDs and manage epics and user stories.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
