Job summary

Galls is seeking an Associate Merchant to drive product and assortment strategies across assigned categories. You will own vendor relationships, optimize SKUs, and align category plans with corporate goals across sales channels, including ecommerce and brand extensions.

Responsibilities

Drive product and assortment strategy across assigned categories.
Own vendor relationships and ensure performance across margin, supply, and sales.
Synthesize corporate strategies into category plans and manage inventory, SKUs, and lifecycle.
Lead monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews with vendors.
Guide category strategy to improve GMROI, Turn, EBITDA and NWC.
Identify insights from data mining to drive growth and efficiency.
