Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management.
• Experience collaborating with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation in B2B.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales leaders and account teams.
• Background in clinical trials, life sciences, healthcare tech, or complex B2B services preferred.
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development of market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
• Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM.
• Assist with product launches in collaboration with GTM and Sales Enablement teams.
• Create sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with Demand Gen and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent narratives.
• Analyze funnel performance, win/loss insights, and competitive trends.
