Job summary

WCG is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market execution through messaging development, launch coordination, and sales enablement collaboration. You will work with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation to ensure priority solutions are represented in campaigns and training, focusing on execution excellence and strong product marketing fundamentals.

This role requires 4–7 years in product marketing in B2B settings, with healthcare or life sciences experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams in B2B environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales leaders and account teams.
• Background in clinical trials, life sciences, healthcare technology, or complex B2B services strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with white space analysis and account planning.
• Strong facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Product & Market Support: define market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
• Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM.
• Go-to-Market & Enablement Support: assist product launches with GTM and Sales Enablement teams.
• Create sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with Demand Gen and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing for consistent narratives.
• Analyze funnel performance, win/loss insights, and competitive trends.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
