Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of volunteer management and digital products. You will partner with business, technical, design, and program stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable stories and roadmaps, while mentoring junior staff.

This remote, US-based role offers the chance to influence humanitarian services across chapters, leveraging agile practices to deliver mission-critical solutions from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience coaching other product managers in a player-coach role.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into system design and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to release and ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate with design, technical and business leads to create epics and user stories.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers and strengthen product management practices.
