Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to apply advanced business analytics to solve problems and interpret requirements.
• Experience assessing client requirements across multiple business processes.
• Nice-to-have programming/coding experience to translate requirements into solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data mapping and migration.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, project management, organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• U.S. work eligibility (sponsorship not required preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, coordinate with development, test, train and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, including core and advanced modules and latest features.
• Define rollout of integrated solutions based on customer processes and industry best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment.
• Conduct training for end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Deliver concise, friendly communications and align with customer goals.
• Contribute to deployment knowledge base and improve delivery tools.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and grow through coaching, mentoring and firm-wide development programs.
• Network and build strong internal and client relationships.
• Support team growth under Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
• Engage in social and team activities to promote work-life balance.
