Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers, and customers to translate functional requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, solution design, and effective collaboration across teams.

The candidate will stay current with Sage Intacct features, lead rollout efforts, and provide training to end-users, while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Programming/coding experience a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, macros, etc.) is a nice-to-have for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customers to design and support the development of software solutions.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders and translating them into designs and plans.
• Maintaining knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest features.
• Defining and supporting rollout of custom solutions integrating with Sage Intacct.
• Developing project plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Training customer end-users and relating system functionality to business requirements.
• Documenting customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Responding to customer technical issues related to deployments.
• Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Communicating clearly and professionally to align with customer goals.
