Job summary

Walker & Dunlop is seeking a Product Manager for the WDTech - R&D team to drive the WDSuite Affordable Equity platform. You will partner with capital providers, stakeholders, and engineers to translate business needs into actionable product outcomes.

You will own the roadmap, write detailed requirements and user stories, and act as Product Owner for scrum teams to ensure timely delivery with a focus on user value and market impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Agile environment experience with technical teams.
• Proven ability translating business and user needs into clear requirements.
• Real estate or financial services technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the product roadmap for your area, guiding critical capabilities from concept through delivery to the customer.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, user needs, and desired outcomes and translate those insights into product solutions.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and prototypes that support successful product development.
• Serve as Product Owner for assigned scrum team(s), working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership to align priorities and support decision-making.
• Engage with customers and partners to communicate roadmap updates and gather feedback.
