You will work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to define product requirements, coordinate project execution, and ensure successful delivery, emphasizing discovery, design thinking, requirements gathering, and project management.

Qualificações

• Experience leading product discovery and applying design thinking to identify business challenges.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate client requirements into user stories and workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions, client interviews, and user research to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Gather and document requirements, translate into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables from discovery through implementation.
• Translate research findings into product recommendations aligned with user needs and company goals.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes to communicate concepts and validate requirements.
• Serve as liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Establish and improve processes and standards for discovery, requirements, and project management.
