Job summary

GoodRx is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to drive engagement on the pharmacy claims adjudication platform. You’ll collaborate with pricing analysts, developers, and business teams to identify pain points and build tools for retailers and patients across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science).
• 3+ years of product management, business / systems analyst, or project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Healthcare and pharmacy related experience is strongly preferred.
• Claims adjudication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inform and define the vision and strategy for your product area.
• Define goals and success with clear, measurable objectives and key results.
• Drive engagement with existing customers by building and delivering thoughtful tools and features to solve real pain points.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and vision, define requirements, and guide the team through the development process.
• Create well-scoped requirements and stories and prioritize work for teams of engineers, designers and data analysts.
• Prepare and contribute to product documentation, user documentation, implementation/support resources.
