Job summary

VGS, the leader in payment tokenization, is hiring a Product Manager for Network Services in the US. You will own relationships with card networks and gateways, define integration capabilities, and deliver them via CMP to customers.

Lead end-to-end from partner conversations through beta to general availability, focusing on API design, webhook models, and measurable platform KPIs; remote-first with hybrid options for NY-area employees.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in product management or digital product development with focus on B2B platforms, developer APIs, or payments infrastructure.
• Technical grounding: read network specs and design scalable APIs and webhooks.
• Data proficiency: write SQL queries to pull usage metrics and defend decisions.
• Operational leadership: thrive in fast-paced environments and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for network integrations with card networks and gateways.
• Abstract network differences into a unified API experience for customers.
• Define API interfaces, requirements, and webhook models for long-term durability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, UX, and Legal to execute features end-to-end.
• Own customer onboarding, integration support, and developer tooling.
• Define KPIs, analyze usage with SQL, and guide product decisions.
