Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Product Manager, Medicaid Claims Transformation to lead Medicaid claims domains as part of modernizing core adjudication products. This role blends deep Medicaid expertise with modern product management practices and executive-level influence on platform strategy.

You will own domain strategy across one or more claims-adjacent areas, partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and client-facing teams to drive measurable outcomes and scalable product

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis.
• Deep expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and Integrating Software and Technology Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Technology Architecture, Mainframe Environments, Scheduling Software, and related enterprise technologies.
• Experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Experience with AI product use cases and applying AI to enhance product outcomes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for Medicaid claims domains and translate needs into domain roadmaps.
• Shape transformation of core adjudication capabilities and define platform opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Medicaid program operations, workflows, and regulatory context.
• Use discovery, research, and data to validate problems and prioritize opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and client-facing teams for execution.
• Create and evangelize product narratives for executives and stakeholders.
• Define success measures and evaluate adoption and impact.
• Identify new opportunities within Medicaid and adjacent domains.
• Coach and influence other product managers and cross-functional partners.
