Job summary

Innovaccer Analytics is seeking a Medicaid Product Manager to own the Medicaid product line, including federal reporting, analytics, agentic workflows, and platform capabilities. You will drive the roadmap with engineering and set Medicaid product direction for the organization.

You will work directly with state Medicaid agencies, staying current on policy shifts and translating changes into the product. The role requires leadership in Medicaid pursuits and RFP responses, with deep expertise in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with deep Medicaid experience in state Medicaid agency operations or Medicaid managed care.
• Experience with federal reporting frameworks and Medicaid analytics across quality, cost, claims, and eligibility.
• Familiarity with MMIS/MES landscape and Medicaid data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Medicaid product across federal reporting, analytics, and platform capabilities.
• Run discovery and requirements directly with state Medicaid agencies.
• Stay current on Medicaid policy shifts and translate impact into the product.
• Define agentic workflows and predictive analytics for Medicaid operations.
• Serve as product subject matter expert for Medicaid pursuits and RFP responses.
